ONLINE GIVING STATEMENTS
To download your giving statement:
You will need access to the online community:
1. Click “Online Community” in the menu bar at the top of this page
2. Click "Sign up" under the Login and Password box

3. Once you receive a Login and Password, go to CTV's "Online Community" and follow these steps to print your giving statement:
How to Print Your Giving Statement
You must have the most current Adobe Reader (version 9.3 for PC) to view and print your statement
(Click HERE to download the latest Adobe Reader version)
- Click “My Profile” (in the menu bar at the top)
- Go to “Financial” tab
- Under Printable Statements, click “Giving Statements" ~ a new screen will appear
- Add the date range: “01/01/2009” to “12/31/2009” in the "Quick Date Range" boxes
- Click “Create” ~ button found at the bottom of the box
- A new screen will appear with your giving statement.
- Print the statement by holding down the following two keys: “Control” and “P”. (Your printer menu should pop up.)
